1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and registering for the "Inventory Transformation Workshop" or any other programs offered by Ashutosh Goenka, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide business coaching, training workshops, and educational content focused on inventory management and business optimization. Our services include live online workshops, educational materials, and related resources.

3. User Obligations

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You shall not share your account access or workshop links with unauthorized individuals.
• You agree not to engage in any fraudulent or harmful behavior.
• You shall treat all staff, facilitators, and fellow participants with respect.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to coaching modules, templates, frameworks, presentations, and materials shared during the workshop, are proprietary and owned by Ashutosh Goenka. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal business use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Workshop Participation

• Workshops are conducted online and require a stable internet connection.
• Session recordings are provided and stay available for 100 days.
• If you cannot attend the scheduled session, you may attend a future session at a later date.

6. Payment Terms

The total workshop fee is ₹90,000, payable in the following instalments. The workshop fee is non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

• ₹15,000 — On registration
• ₹35,000 — By 10 November 2026
• ₹40,000 — By 1 December 2026

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide educational content and guidance to the best of our abilities. However, we do not guarantee specific business results. The application of concepts taught is at your own discretion and risk. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
